Our nylon (PA6/PA66) spunbond nonwovens are manufactured by electro spining technology and thermally bonding continous filaments of nylon 6 or nylon 6,6 into a drapable and conformable, textile-like fabric with heat. Our nylon nonwoven have a cross hatch, peanut and diamond pattern. It is available in weights ranging from 9gsm to 200gsm.
Its high levels of filtration and drainage makes it ideal for pond underlayment, erosion control, aggregate separation , and drainage fabric, soil stabilization, sediment control, road construction, gas transmission, cushion and liner protection. If you were building a permeable paver patio you would want to use non-woven fabric so that the water did not pool on the patio and drained into the soil.
