BICO spunbond PE/PP is a unique spunbond non woven fabric to be used for hygiene and medical products. The spunbonded nonwoven technology provide the most outstanding properties: super softness, air breathable, water-proof, anti-tear and pull to be widely used as the baby diaper bottom, incontinents adult diapers, pet diapers and etc.
The original bico PE/PP is hydrophobic and we also delveloped the hydrophilic type for the water permeable applications.
It is perfect to be used for hygiene and medical use as the base material of the diaper bottom sheet protector, lamination/coating substreate, separator, packaing base material, street banner, various bags, directly used for packaging, medical use. Not only because it is waterproof and also becuase its excellent air permeability, super softness, anti-tear and pull, and it is also easy sealing. The most often used type are 18gsm, 20gsm and 22gsm. It is also suitable for other applications.
Wide weight range from the lightest weight from 9gsm, 10gsm, 12gsm, 15gsm, 18gsm, 20gsm, 22gsm, 25gsm, 30gsm to heaviest 150gsm.
